An authorized purchase moves through store handling first and carrier transportation second. The information below explains both parts.

Handling before dispatch

We ordinarily require 1–2 business days to prepare an order after payment is authorized. Once dispatched, estimated transit with the carrier is 4–6 business days. Neither window is a guaranteed arrival date.

Checkout delivery details

Available methods, charges, and any eligible free-delivery offer appear at checkout for the destination entered. Please confirm building, unit, city, state, and postal information. Tracking is shared when available.

Delays or package problems

Public holidays, severe weather, high carrier volume, remote locations, and service restrictions may affect transit.
